Perfectly located near the trendy Arts & Industrial Estate, you're just a 10-minute walk from the beach, vibrant cafes, local boutiques, and the famous Solar Train. The Space Our bright and airy studio is designed to be your home away from home. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Wake up to birdsong and the sound of the ocean before enjoying a coffee in your private garden. Inside, you'll find a comfy queen bed and two fold-away mattresses (a king single and a single) that are perfect for friends, siblings or children. For your comfort, the studio has AC split type ductless system and heating, super-fast Starlink internet, and a 40-inch smart TV with Netflix, Foxtel (Sports), and Prime Video. The kitchenette is equipped for simple meals with a stove burner, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge. We've also stocked it with local treats like Byron Bay Coffee and Byron Bay Cookies. For rainy days, you'll find a great selection of board games. Guest Access Enjoy complete privacy with your own separate entrance, and self check-in. The door has a smart lock, so you don't have to worry about carrying around keys. 24/7 check-in is available. The day of check-in we automatically send you a personal door code. Your exclusive, fully fenced garden is the perfect spot to relax in the hammock, enjoy a meal cooked on the BBQ, or rinse off after the beach in the beautiful outdoor shower. We provide two bikes for you to explore the area like a local. Free street parking is always available right in front of the house. If you prefer, we are happy to offer access to our gated driveway at no extra charge, just let us know. The Neighbourhood Forget fighting for parking! Getting Around * Solar Train: A 10-minute walk (through the shortcut) takes you to the station for a scenic, direct ride into the heart of Byron Bay. * Bike: Use the complimentary bikes for a leisurely 15-minute ride to town. * Car/Rideshare: Town is a quick 5-minute drive or a short Uber ride away. * Bus: A nearby bus stop connects you to other local hotspots like Brunswick Heads with the famous Brunswick Hotel and their live music. Important Information * Privacy: The studio is attached to our family home but is completely self-contained with a private entrance and garden. There are no shared walls with our main living spaces or bedrooms. There is one security camera in the front of the house. * Kitchenette: Please note the kitchenette does not have a conventional oven or an indoor kitchen sink. A single stovetop burner and BBQ is provided for cooking. * Laundry: While there is no washer in the studio, a laundromat is just a 5 minute walk away. * Provided for Your Stay: We include beach towels, a beach umbrella, yoga mat, Bluetooth sound system, iron, and a clothes steamer. * Registration Number: PID-STRA-69500
